Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit Coordination

Assist in internal and statutory audits.

Prepare and organize audit schedules and documentation.

2. Book Keeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

Manage ledgers, journals, and reconciliation tasks.

3. Balance Sheet Preparation

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of books.

Prepare trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet reports.

4. Cash Flow Management,Tally Prime

Monitor daily cash flow and bank reconciliation.

Prepare cash flow forecasts and reports.

5. Taxation:

Income Tax & Tax Returns:

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/yearly returns.

Assist in tax audits and assessments.

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns on time.

GST:

Handle GST input/output, returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

Reconcile GST data and resolve mismatches.

VAT & Sales Tax (if applicable):

Manage legacy VAT/commercial tax matters.

Liaise with authorities for notices or assessments.

6. Other Duties:

Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Support in financial planning and budget preparation.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles

Familiarity with tax portals (GSTN, TRACES, Income Tax)

Good analytical and communication skills
