Job Opening: Senior Accountant

Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite), This is an offline job with 6 days working

Qualification - Bachelor's degree

Location: Bangalore, JP Nagar
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
CTC: Rs.30,000 – Rs.35,000 per month

Languages – Kannada, English & Hindi

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Manage purchase and sales accounting, including invoice verification and accounting entries.

• Record and verify bank entries and conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

• Pass and verify journal entries and ensure correct ledger postings.

• Conduct ledger reconciliation with customers, vendors and other parties.

• Handle 2B reconciliation / GSTR-2B reconciliation and verify input tax credit-related documentation.

• Have practical knowledge of GST documentation and portal verification. GST return filing is not required.

• Handle TDS-related accounting and documentation.

• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss Accounts and Financial Statements.

• Assist with monthly closing of accounts and financial reporting.

• Handle net banking payments and ensure proper payment documentation and approvals.

• Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing payments.

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers and auditors/consultants as required.

• Maintain proper and systematic accounting records and documentation.

• Support management with accounting reports, outstanding statements, and other financial information.
