Job Summary:-
•The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain ledger, cash book, and bank reconciliation statements.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Manage petty cash and expense records.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Required Skills:-
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification:-
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience:-
0–3 years experience in accounting or finance role.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
