Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software

Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform bank reconciliations

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.)

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Assist during audits and provide required documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
