Job Description – Senior Accounts Manager (Auto Components Supplier)

1) Age Bracket

• 40–50 years

2) Location

• Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

• Preference: Candidates residing within 5 km radius

• Senior Accounts Manager

4) Minimum Education Required

• B.Com or M.Com

• CA Inter preferred (not mandatory)

5) Minimum Job Experience Required

• 10–15 years in Accounts & Finance

• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing / MSME environment

6) Job Description

• Handle end-to-end daily accounting activities

• Finalization of Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet

• GST returns, GST reconciliation, TDS, Income Tax compliances

• PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory filings

• Coordination with CA, auditors, banks, and authorities

• Prepare MIS, monitor cash flow, basic costing support

• Supervise and control a team of 2–3 accounts staff

7) Skills, Knowledge & Qualification Required

• Strong hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, audits, and compliance

• Proficient in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel

• Experience in IATF 16949 / ISO-driven manufacturing setup preferred

• High accuracy, compliance mindset, ability to work independently

8) Salary Range Offered

• ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
