Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our daily financial activities. You will handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and statutory tax compliances. The ideal candidate ensures financial accuracy and maintains full compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate day-to-day records of all financial transactions.

• Data Entry: Post and process journal entries using Tally accounting software.

• Financial Statements: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

• Tax Compliance: File monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns accurately.

• Direct Taxation: Prepare, verify, and file annual corporate and individual tax returns.

• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable regularly.

• Data Management: Organize financial data using advanced MS Excel functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Auditing: Assist internal and external auditors with necessary documentation and financial reports.

• Filing GST/TDS Returns: Ensure timely filing of GST return, PF, TDS, ESIC and other statutory returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of core accounting experience.

• Software: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime or ERP 9 and MS Excel.

• Tax Knowledge: Deep understanding of GST laws, TDS deductions, and income tax regulations.

• Analytical Skills: High attention to detail with strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external reporting.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
