A growing construction and interiors company is looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, financial control, statutory compliance, and project-wise financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally and ensure real-time transaction recording.
Manage bank, ledger, and vendor reconciliations.
Monitor client billing, collections, receivables ageing, and cash flow.
Track vendor invoices, payment schedules, and outstanding payables.
Handle GST, TDS, statutory filings, and coordinate with the CA.
Monitor project-wise costs, budgets, billing, and profitability.
Prepare daily cash flow reports, weekly outstanding reports, and monthly MIS.
Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and internal financial controls.
Required Skills
✅ Strong Tally knowledge
✅ Good understanding of GST & TDS
✅ Advanced Excel skills
✅ Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
✅ Excellent follow-up ability and attention to detail
✅ Construction / interiors industry experience preferred
