Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes and payment entries.
Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Prepare monthly reports and assist in MIS preparation.
Handle purchase and sales accounting.
Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
Support statutory audits and provide required documents/data.
Work on Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
