Job Description

The role involves :

• Prepare and manage customer invoices and billing records.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable ageing reports and track overdue payments.
• Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Record receipts, payment entries and other accounting transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for invoice/payment-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support month-end closing and Accounts Receivable reporting activities.
• Work on Excel reports and maintain accurate financial data
