Accountant

Our client is a fast-growing service provider supporting over 10,000 e-commerce sellers and businesses with Virtual Office Solutions, GST Advisory, Compliance, and Accounting Services. To strengthen our internal team, we are hiring a dedicated Accountant to manage Easy Works’ own company accounts, finances, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts.

• Record all expenses, vendor payments, client receipts, payroll, and reimbursements.

• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances for the company.

• Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and CA for statutory requirements.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash flow.

• Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA.

• Experience: 2–4 years in accounting and finance (experience in the service industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and reconciliation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
