Our client is a fast-growing service provider supporting over 10,000 e-commerce sellers and businesses with Virtual Office Solutions, GST Advisory, Compliance, and Accounting Services. To strengthen our internal team, we are hiring a dedicated Accountant to manage Easy Works’ own company accounts, finances, and compliance.
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts.
Record all expenses, vendor payments, client receipts, payroll, and reimbursements.
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances for the company.
Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and CA for statutory requirements.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash flow.
Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Education: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA.
Experience: 2–4 years in accounting and finance (experience in the service industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
