Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and maintain our company’s financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounts, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.

Prepare and verify daily, monthly, and annual financial statements.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.

Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.

Support the audit process by providing necessary documents.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Prepare and process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.

Coordinate with management for financial planning and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / accounting software.

Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Gurgoan Sector-7

Experience in handling audits and payroll.

Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
