Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

• Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.

• Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure statutory compliance.

• Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.

• CA Inter/CMA or relevant accounting certifications are preferred.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience (or as required).

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and MS Excel.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
