Job Title: Back Office Assistant

A growing organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and accounting operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth internal processes through meticulous record-keeping and coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Handle general office documentation and filing.
Organize and maintain HR-related and administrative records.
Support day-to-day back-office operations.
Accounting & Operations Support:
Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders and generation of invoices.
Prepare and manage eWay bills for logistics purposes.
Follow up with clients via calls or emails for pending payments.
Maintain logs for POs, invoices, and payments.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles.
Basic understanding of accounting procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of Tally ERP is a plus.
Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
Familiarity with GST billing and eWay bill portals is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
This is an office-based role (no remote work).
