Job description:

Location: Transport Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexibility required for occasional late working)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, taxation, and reconciliation, with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage day-to-day books of accounts

• Handle GST, TDS filing and other statutory compliances

• Prepare and finalize accounts, ledgers, and financial statements

• Manage bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and payment follow-ups

• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries

• Assist in monthly/annual closing of accounts

• Coordinate with auditors for internal/external audits

• Maintain petty cash and expense records

• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
  

Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  

Location Requirement:

Candidate must be based in or willing to commute daily to Transport Nagar, Jaipur.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
