Job Description

Job Title: Accountant – Sales Order Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Create and process Sales Orders accurately in Tally.
Verify customer details, pricing, GST, and product information before order processing.
Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
Track pending, completed, and cancelled orders.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
Resolve discrepancies in sales orders and support the accounts team as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tally Sales Order processing.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of Tally- Purchase, Stock
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel is an added advantage
