Job Description

Job Profile :- Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime
Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
Generate invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Prepare financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance
Assist in TDS calculations and returns
Maintain records for audits and coordinate with auditors
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors
