Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at Kishan Construction. The role involves managing daily financial transactions using Tally, maintaining flawless bookkeeping, and ensuring absolute compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a keen eye for numerical accuracy and strong GAAP knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Tally Management: Efficiently manage all day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and entries in Tally.

• Taxation: Handle all GST-related work and TDS-related compliance, including accurate computations, preparation, and timely filings.

• Bookkeeping & Documentation: Manage end-to-end book keeping with a high level of professional accuracy and maintain organized financial records.

• Banking Operations: Perform regular and precise bank reconciliations to ensure error-free accounting.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Transaction Oversight: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Data Security: Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3 to 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• Expertise in Tally software (hands-on experience with GST and TDS modules in Tally is mandatory).

• Profound knowledge of general accounting principles (GAAP).

• Proven experience in managing GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation professionally.

• Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
