Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Finance & Payroll Audit Executive to ensure complete transparency, accuracy, and compliance within our financial and payroll operations. This role focuses on auditing salary disbursements, verifying internal expense reports, and identifying workflow gaps to implement strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Auditing:
Review monthly payroll data for absolute accuracy in gross salary calculations, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
Financial Inspection:
Conduct internal audits of vendor payments, ledger entries, and company expense reports to prevent financial discrepancies. Compliance Verification:
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and labor-related returns by verifying data before final submissions.
Process Enhancement: Evaluate existing payroll and financial workflows, identify control gaps, and recommend automation or process improvements.
Audit Coordination: Liaise with the internal accounts team, HR department, and external auditors to finalize financial reports and resolve queries.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
