Job Title: Accounts Executive

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm providing comprehensive services in taxation, auditing, accounting, Debt Syndication and Subsidies. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive with a strong background in accounting and compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update books of accounts in accounting softwares.

Preparation and finalization of accounts (Individuals, Firms, Companies).

Filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.

Assistance in statutory & tax audits.

Bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management.

Preparation of MIS reports and other financial statements.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Coordination with clients for data, documents, and clarifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Semi-qualified CA/Inter CA OR Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce .

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation (Experience in CA firm preferred).

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools.

Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Attention to detail, analytical ability, and ability to meet deadlines.
