🔹 Position: Associate - US Accounting
🔹 Experience: 0-6 months
🔹 Location: Indore (Work From Office)
🔹 Working Hours: 3 PM to 12 AM IST (Night Shift - Full Time)
🔹 Working Days: 5.5 days per week
🔹 Excellent Communication Skills Required

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.

• Assist in tax return preparation and month-end/year-end closing.

• Maintain updated accounting records and ensure data integrity.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal/external audits.

• Work on financial software like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle (training provided).

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• MBA Finance (Pursuing), CA/CMA Semi-Qualified.

• 0-1 year of accounting/finance experience preferred.

• Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated, team player with a learning mindset.
