Job Description

Bookkeeping: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, update accounts payable, and perform reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and monthly/quarterly reports.
Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor payments.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and statutory tax regulations (e.g., TDS, GST).
Administrative Support: Maintain financial files, assist with payroll processing, and support audits.
