Profile: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations using BUSY software
Maintain sales and purchase entries related to cosmetic products
Manage invoicing for distributors, retailers, and e-commerce channels
Track and reconcile inventory, stock movement, and warehouse records
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with distributors and dealers
Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and stock accounts
Assist in GST filing, e-invoicing, and e-way bill generation
Maintain records for product-wise costing and profitability
Support audit processes and ensure statutory compliance
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for billing and dispatch issues
