Key Responsibilities & Skills :

 Financial Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records by maintaining proper documentation and managing ledgers.

 Reconciliation & Bank Management : Perform regular reconciliations and manage bank-related tasks to ensure all financial transactions align with company records.

 Document & Record Management: Organize, file, and maintain financial documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

 Financial Reporting Assistance: Assist in preparing and generating financial reports, providing insights for informed decision-making.

 Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth cash flow and vendor relations.

 Transaction Processing: Process a variety of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of payments and receipts

 Collaboration with Management: Work closely with management to identify financial trends, provide insights, and support decisionmaking processes.

 Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution: Perform regular reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between financial records and bank statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
