Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and customer collections.
Perform sales reconciliation and customer ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and process debit notes and credit notes.
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Allocate customer payments and maintain accurate AR records.
Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams for issue resolution.
Prepare aging reports and support month-end closing.
