Salary & Payroll:

• Process monthly employee salaries in compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)

• Maintain and update payroll records and salary registers

Appraisal & Compensation Accounting:

• Support HR and management in financial calculations related to appraisals

• Apply revised salary structures after appraisals and maintain historical salary records

B2B Accounting & Reconciliation:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable for B2B clients and vendors

• Generate invoices and ensure timely follow-up on payments
