Accountant

Urgently required dynamic / Competent Senior (female) Accounts Manager for a well-established an ISO 13485 & CE certified Dental Products & 3D Resins Manufacturing Company based in Hadapsar, Pune.

Job responsibilities is as follows:

Senior accountants responsibilities will include managing month-end close, reconciliations (bank, GL), financial reporting (statements, variance analysis), compliance, budgeting, audits, and providing analysis,  overseeing/training of junior staff, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and improving processes, with responsibilities detailed below :

1. Proficient in data Entry in Tally Prime and general accounting entries like making invoices, BR, Receivable / payment entries.

2. Credit Control: Following up with parties for payments.

3. Auditing of Purchase, freight, Credit card bills ,indirect expenses– presenting a monthly audit closing of payroll, Expenses and

4. TDS provisioning / Challan payments online with knowledge of practically filling quarterly returns.

5. Candidate must have good working knowledge of all taxation -GST calculations from Tally Prime & must have filed online return independently

6. Must know Salary working/ online bank transfers

7. ITR Returns & auditing of accounting ledgers and processes up to balance sheet finalization

8. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports (MIS)

9. Good understanding of accounting principles and management and entry of stock inventory in Tally erp and generating ready stock reports to match with physical stock.

10. Candidates with their own transport and living nearby to Hadapsar will be preferred

Competency requirements:

1.      Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

2.      Detail oriented and has a “can do”positive approach

3.      Self-starter with solid organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

4.      Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
