The ideal candidate will handle high-volume transactions, GST filings, and reconciliations efficiently.*Key Responsibilities*Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime, including ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and payment tracking for suppliers and clients.Manage inventory for steel products (TMT bars, CRS, plates) with stock valuation, godown-wise tracking, and purchase/sales order processing.Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS, and other statutory compliances.Generate financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements for sales quotes, procurement, and logistics.Coordinate with brokers, manufacturers, and clients on invoices, advances, and credit notes.Audit trial balances, rectify discrepancies, and support year-end audits.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.Proficiency in Tally Prime (ERP 9 advanced), Excel for data analysis, and GST portals.3+ years in trading/construction sector with knowledge of IS standards and payment terms.Strong understanding of MSME compliance, e-way bills, and supply chain accounting.Excellent attention to detail, deadline-driven, and ability to handle 500+ monthly transactions.
