- Daily accounting entries in Zoho Books

- Manage accounts payable & receivable

- Handle bank reconciliation & petty cash

- Maintain bills, receipts, vouchers

- Ensure timely income/expense data entry

- Coordinate with vendors on invoices & payments

- Maintain accurate ledgers & records

- Prepare basic reports for audits and reviews

- Follow up on pending payments & schedules

- Comply with company accounting policies
