As part of our finance team, we are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage various accounting functions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in the areas of TDS, PT, GST, and overall financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must hands-on experience in Tally 9 Prime, Payment Recovery, Account Receivable& Account Payable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Functions:
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the accounting software.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ledgers, and journals.

2. Tax Compliance:
- Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable rates and ensure timely payment to the government.
 - Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns, in compliance with GST regulations.
 - Handle Professional Tax (PT) compliance, including registration, deductions, and payment.

4. Vendor and Customer Management:
 - Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
 - Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.

5. Audit Support:
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Implement audit recommendations and improve internal controls as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in manufacturing or distribution industries.
- Strong knowledge of TDS, PT, GST, and other tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team    environment.
