Accountant

We are hiring an Accountant to handle daily financial tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing invoices, payments, and reports while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

❖     Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

❖     Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

❖     Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary

❖     Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

❖     Generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

❖     Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.

❖     Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues

❖     Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

❖     Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements.

❖     Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial and accounting procedures.

❖     Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

❖     Collaborate with other departments, including finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure accurate financial information flow.

Skills and Qualifications

❖     10-12 years of experience required in accounting.

❖     The candidate must have done B.COM from a recognized University.

❖     Hands-on experience in Tally.

❖     Strong written and verbal communication.

❖     Attention to detail and accuracy.

❖     Excellent MS Office skills
