Job Title: Accounts Manager

Software Skills: Tally ERP (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor and control costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits.

• Maintain records of inventory accounting and raw material costing.

• Oversee invoice generation, vendor payments, and receivables follow-ups.

• Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).

• Generate MIS reports for management review.

• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align finance with operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing sector.

• Expertise in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime is compulsory.

• Sound knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and factory accounting.

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work with large datasets.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and team management skills.
