We are seeking a precise and reliable Accountant / Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and basic bookkeeping tasks at our facility in Sector 80, Noida. The candidate will oversee fundamental accounts handling, record maintenance, and assist in routine statutory taxation compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Manage daily ledger entries, process vouchers (payment, receipt, journal), and systematically update financial transactions. Invoicing & Cash Flow: Generate customer sales invoices, cross-verify purchase bills, track outstanding receivables, and process timely payments for vendors. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to ensure books match system statements accurately. Taxation Support: Assist senior accountants in organizing data documents for monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and calculating foundational TDS deductions. Documentation & Filing: Orderly filing of physical and digital records including bills, receipts, bank statements, and tax challans
