Full Time
Accounting & Finance:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, entries, and ledger maintenance (using accounting software such as Tally/Zoho Books).
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (vendor payments, client billing, and invoice generation).
- Perform daily cash handling, bank reconciliations, and routine expense tracking.
- Assist in payroll preparation, petty cash management, and basic tax compliance support (GST, TDS).
2. Office Administration & Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth facility operations across grooming centers/office.
- Maintain inventory of grooming products, equipment, office supplies, and restock as necessary.
• Handle vendor coordination, facility maintenance requests, and utility management.
- Maintain clean record-keeping system for staff, appointments, and supplier contracts.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience handling combined accounting and administration duties.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime), MS Excel, and basic web software.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
