Job Description

Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive with knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho applications to handle daily accounting work.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries in Zoho Books
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, payments & receipts
Handle bank reconciliation and ledger accounts
Maintain GST, TDS, and taxation records
Track pending payments and follow up with clients
Prepare monthly reports and MIS
Use Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho tools

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Zoho Books
Basic GST & TDS knowledge
Excel proficiency
Good communication skills
Experience in Tally prime

Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Sector -34, Gurgoan
