Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive (Back Office) to join our team at Senken Elevators. Is role mein accounts related back office work handle karna, billing & payment records maintain karna, financial data update karna aur administrative support dena shamil hoga.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts related data ko accurately maintain aur update karna for smooth financial operations.
Billing, invoice entries, payment records aur expense details maintain karna.
Financial data ki accuracy check karna, corrections karna aur irregularities ko time par identify karna.
Physical aur digital records ko properly organize aur maintain karna for easy access.
Internal team aur management ke liye reports aur summaries prepare karne mein support karna.
Different departments ke saath account-related documents aur updates coordinate karna.
Zarurat padne par other departments ke administrative tasks mein support dena.
Sensitive financial information ki confidentiality maintain karna at all times.
