Accounts Executive - JD 

Experience required – upto – 3 to 5 years

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and reconciliation processes. The candidate should be well-versed in accounting software, particularly Tally Prime, and capable of supporting the senior accounts team in day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting records

• Prepare and maintain bank statements and perform bank reconciliations

• Create and manage sales invoices

• Handle debtor and creditor reconciliations and maintain outstanding lists

• Post vouchers, journal entries, and ensure proper bookkeeping

• Manage invoices and follow up on payments

• Assist in accounts finalization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Process tax payments and support filing of statutory returns

• Manage tax compliances including TDS, PT, GST, Service Tax, and VAT

• Prepare statutory financial statements and related documentation

• Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities

• Handle all other general accounting work as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory working knowledge of Tally Prime

• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in managing statutory compliances and return filings

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Commerce graduate or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is desirable

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
