We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and helping them with property sales or purchases.
Identify prospective buyers through leads, referrals, and networking.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Build strong client relationships and understand customer needs.
Guide clients through the buying/selling process and documentation.
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and pricing.

Ability to handle sales pressure and targets.
Basic knowledge of real estate laws and documentation is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
MBA in Sales/Marketing (Preferred, not mandatory)
