Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, pitching our digital services, and driving revenue growth in key target markets including real estate, healthcare, logistics, and education.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via lead generation, networking, and outreach campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions by presenting AllureCent’s service offerings (e.g., app development, AR/VR, AI analytics, etc.).
Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams to prepare impactful proposals, pitches, and sales decks.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and gaps in the industry.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent AllureCent at industry events, virtual conferences, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in IT services sales, software solutions, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with AR/VR, SaaS, mobile app development, or AI/ML service providers.
Exposure to international markets such as the Middle East or North America.
Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email automation, and digital prospecting tools.
