Role Summary:
As an Associate Agency Development Manager, you will drive field sales by recruiting and developing agents, achieving business targets, and fostering superior customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment & Activation
Develop multiple sources for agent hiring, build pipelines, and implement structured hiring mechanisms including the 9‑pointer system and GOLD process
Agent Development & Performance Enablement
Deliver product training and field demonstrations (FODs). Mentor agents in developing strong prospecting, calling, and work habits. Collaborate in goal‑planning, identify training needs, and liaise with trainers for ongoing development
Business Targets & Metrics
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Drive agent productivity and persistency through performance measures (e.g., PRP/IID/GID). Ensure optimal product mix and adherence to company norms
Customer Centricity
Act as a proactive brand ambassador. Conduct regular customer meets to gauge needs and ensure top‑tier resolution of customer queries following company standards

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in field sales, preferably in sectors like insurance, banking, or mutual funds advisory
