Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a Software Support Executive to join our team at Raman Industrial Services to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Software support for existing customers etc.

• • Coordinate with the sales team or tele-caller to fix appointments for installations/implementations/troubleshooting etc.

• • Attend Incoming support calls.

• • Understand requirements of the business and fulfil them the solution using software.

• • Installation of Product at new customer site along with basic training.

• • Implementation/troubleshooting on the product.

• • Evaluate and prioritize customer support calls.

• • Act as the primary liaison between the company and your customers.

• • Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat, and face-toface meetings (if required)

• • Act as a consultant and offer solutions for customers' problems.

• • Track and manage your work record.

• • Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, product management, and consulting team.

• • Prepare accurate and timely reports on work done.

• It is a Full Time IT / Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
