Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components for our hardware products used in conjunction with Dispatcher Software.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components according to engineering specifications and schematics.

• Solder components with precision, ensuring strong and reliable connections.

• Inspect soldered joints for defects using visual inspection tools.

• Re-work or replace faulty components as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize errors.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures when handling electronic equipment and soldering tools.

• Document assembly and soldering processes for future reference.

• May assist with testing and troubleshooting hardware functionality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-4  year experience in soldering electronic components (surface mount and through-hole preferred).

• Strong understanding of soldering techniques and best practices.

• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
