Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Revisit Operations (Amazon Pay)
Location: Vijay Nagar, Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are hiring a proactive and responsible Field Sales Officer to manage revisit operations for existing Amazon Paymerchants in the Vijay Nagar area of Bangalore. The role involves visiting stores daily to ensure service satisfaction, provide support, and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 15+ existing Amazon Pay merchants daily in and around Vijay Nagar.

• Ensure merchants are actively using Amazon Pay services.

• Educate store owners/staff on new features, offers, or updates.

• Address and resolve basic merchant issues or queries.

• Submit daily reports and feedback to the operations team.

Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license – Mandatory

• 6 months to 2 years of prior field sales or operations experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payment systems

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
