Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

Shine Projects is hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and pitch ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail store owners. Your primary goal will be to onboard stores with a free trial offer and convert them into annual subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 10–15 retail stores daily (grocery, medical, fashion, etc.)

• Pitch ShinePoints software using brochures and personal demo

• Explain the benefits: customer loyalty, increased footfall, WhatsApp/SMS promotions

• Help retailers sign up for the 1-month free trial on the spot

• Revisit after a month to convert them to ₹999/year plan

• Achieve a monthly target of 50 store tie-ups

• Report daily activity and progress via mobile

• Build long-term relationships with retailers and ask for referrals

Eligibility:

• Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Freshers or those with <6 months experience can apply

• Good communication in regional language + basic English

Salary & Incentives:

• 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (~₹19,500/month take-home)

• Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (~₹25,000/month take-home)

• Attractive performance-based incentives
