We’re seeking a skilled Welder & CNC Operator with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in MIG welding, arc welding (SMAW), and CNC machine operations. You’ll play a vital role in fabricating, welding, and machining precision metal parts according to rigorous biomedical industry standards.
Welding Operations:
Perform high-quality MIG welding and arc welding (SMAW/MMA) on stainless steel, titanium, and biocompatible alloys.
Read and interpret welding symbols and technical drawings.

CNC Machining:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathes.
Perform first-off inspection, in-process checks, and final quality verification
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all produced parts meet biomedical tolerances, finishes, and sterility requirements.
Log production data and maintain compliance records.
Maintenance & Safety:
Carry out routine maintenance of welding and CNC equipment.
Collaboration:
Work with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize production.
Provide feedback to improve design for manufacturability.
3–4 years in a manufacturing environment involving MIG & arc welding—SMAW.
Proven CNC machine operation experience (setup, programming, running).
Proficiency reading engineering drawings, GD&T, weld symbols.
Strong inspection skills using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
Knowledge of biomedical-grade material handling.
Commitment to safety, GMP standards, and clean-room/stainless-steel protocols.
Welding qualifications such as CSWIP, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
CNC programming certification or relevant vocational training.
