Job Title: Assistant Team Leader
Job Summary:
We're seeking experienced Team Leaders to manage dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity, manage daily store operations and improve Key Growth metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the dark store/warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfilment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 15-20 Associates/Packers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
• Track Store Metrics: Optimize in store metrics, improve packer productivity and control Pilferage across the dark store.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Experience: - 1-2 years of relevant experience
Location Kolkata
Job Location - Chinarpark

Qualifications
Experience in dark store/warehouse operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Customer service-oriented mindset
Salary Rs.17000 to 18000 In-hand.

06.00 AM to 02.00 AM

02.00 PM to 11.00 PM
