Position Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. They lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

• Ensure accurate inventory control and proper documentation.

• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals.

• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and guidelines.

• Perform regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Assist with scheduling shifts, managing workloads, and resolving operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Prepare and review reports on warehouse performance, efficiency, and issues.

• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).

• Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
