Job Description

Own the store during your shift — order flow, picking, packing, and handoff to delivery partners with zero-error fulfillment inside the promised SLA.
Supervise pickers and packers; allocate manpower to match live order load, especially during peak hours.
Monitor the order/inventory dashboard live — catch delays, negative inventory, and stockouts before they hit the customer.
Run daily cycle counts and FIFO for perishables/short-shelf-life SKUs; flag damages, expiries, and shrinkage.
Manage inward (GRN) and outward stock movement; ensure correct stacking, binning, and putaway.
Maintain store hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance for the shift.
Coordinate with riders/last-mile for smooth, on-time dispatch.
Do a clean shift handover — open/close checklist, pending issues, stock position.
