📌 Key Responsibilities

Cab Loading & Unloading Documentation

Prepare & verify documents for inbound/outbound trucks.

Maintain accurate loading/unloading records.

Cross-check invoices, challans, e-way bills & GRNs.

Daily Operations

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers & teams for smooth workflow.

Resolve issues like delays, damages & shortages.

Inventory Management

Conduct daily/weekly stock checks.

Ensure stock accuracy in WMS/ERP.

Reconcile physical vs system stock & fix discrepancies.

Audit & Compliance

Maintain audit schedules & documentation.

Support internal/external audits.

Follow safety & compliance standards.

Excel & Reporting

Prepare daily MIS & dashboards.

Use Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, etc.) for reporting.

Track KPIs (TAT, stock accuracy, dispatch accuracy).

Team Handling

Supervise loaders, pickers & helpers.

Allocate tasks & monitor performance.

Train new staff on SOPs, safety & documentation.

Problem Solving

Manage vehicle delays, damages & mismatch issues.

Coordinate with customers/transporters for resolutions.

Escalate critical issues with analysis.

✅ Candidates with warehouse/3PL/logistics experience will be preferred.
