Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at at Utkrisht Analytics Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹15000 - ₹22000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise physical stock audits of spare parts at various locations

Verify inventory records against physical count and system entries

Ensure proper identification, labelling (QR/Barcodes), and storage of spare parts

Review stock movement, non-moving/slow-moving items, and discrepancies

Coordinate with warehouse/store staff during audits for data collection and clarification

Prepare and review audit reports with detailed observations and actionable recommendations

Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and SOPs

Guide audit staff in following correct counting, recording, and reporting procedures

Track closure of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
