Job Description: Warehouse Shift Incharge
Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and process-driven Warehouse Shift Incharges to manage daily warehouse operations at our Aloka Campus in Attibele. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in inventory management, line feeding, and team handling within a fast-paced environment. This is a high-priority, high-volume recruitment drive for 33 positions on a long-term contract.

Experience Required: 3+ years in Warehouse Operations
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/- Per Month (Take-Home/Net Salary Slab)
Education: Any Graduate Degree
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management & Line Feeding
Oversee end-to-end daily shift operations, including inbound (GRN), storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Manage seamless line feeding activities to ensure zero production stoppages or delays.
Optimize manpower deployment (operators, loaders, forklift drivers) to meet hourly and daily targets.
Coordinate proactively with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, Quality, and Transport.
2. Inventory Control & Systems Compliance
Maintain 100% inventory and bin accuracy through rigorous tracking.
Execute daily/weekly cycle counting and systematic stock reconciliation.
Ensure absolute compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols.
Perform real-time data logging and transactions within the ERP/WMS platform (SAP, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, or equivalent).
3. Team Management & Safety
Lead, motivate, and supervise a large team of warehouse operators and contract manpower.
Conduct daily shift briefings, assign specific tasks, and monitor workplace discipline and attendance.
Enforce EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines and ensure correct operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Maintain world-class 5S and housekeeping standards across all warehouse zones.
Prepare daily shift reports, dispatch records, and track departmental KPIs (Dock-to-Stock time, picking accuracy, on-time dispatch).
Candidate Profile / Requirements
Industry Preference: Prior experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics, or large-scale organized logistics warehouses is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using WMS/ERP systems and generating basic Excel shift reports.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, quick problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.
Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
